I'm EXTREMELY SATISFIED with this location (900 17th Street North) of Metro Mini Storage!!! The customer service has been suburb since my initial rental experience. Boomer, the manager, has been an awesome rep for this location. I've truly been totally appreciative of the service, safety, climate, and the cleanliness in this facility. The building access and holiday(s) hours are very accommodating. I personally give the staff and the facility a 10/10 rating. I highly recommend this location for your personal storage choice!

We’ve been renting multiple storage units here for a while, and Boomer has been absolutely fantastic to work with. He’s always professional, helpful, and quick to assist with anything we need. The guys at the Metro storage downtown by the Civic Center are wonderful! I’ve had a storage space there for several years and they always go above and beyond to help with whatever they can when the time comes. Now this one is farther from my house than it used to be, but I keep it because I like Boomer so much. They keep a clean safe facility and it’s a pleasure doing business With them.
