I am late in posting this review, but Metro Mini storage was very helpful in my move this summer. They were friendly and have a great staff which assisted me in purchasing moving boxes. I got all the sizes I needed for my move & was able to pass along the boxes to another person when I was done. Thank you Metro for being so awesome! I want to share a very positive experience with Metro Mini Storage in Trussville. After a small tornado struck their facility, I was honestly amazed at the level of teamwork and professionalism the staff demonstrated.
Their contingency plan was impressive. They quickly organized their trucks and staff to help move customers’ belongings to protect them from further damage. It was clear they had a plan in place and knew exactly how to execute it.
Josh and Trey worked directly with me to move my belongings into another unit while mine was being repaired. They made what could have been a stressful situation smooth and manageable.
Debra, the manager, went above and beyond by adjusting my rent since I temporarily moved from a 10x20 unit to a 5x10. That level of fairness and customer care really stood out to me.
I’ve rented trucks from Metro Rental in the past, but this was my first experience using their storage units. After seeing how this team handles a crisis—with professionalism, teamwork, and genuine concern for their customers—I can say I’m very impressed.
